During Tuesday's primary elections, Wayne County Circuit Clerk Kathryn 
Revette, all five election commissioners and poll workers utilized some 
new technology. Now, instead of paper voter rolls, those casting a 
ballot simply presented their photo ID and a poll worker looked up the 
voter's name and address on a tablet. Making voter rolls electronic is 
expected to help streamline the process while also insuring voter 
security. The information on this particular screen is those of the 
photographer's.
