Justice Court Warrant List

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department and Justice Court would like to inform the public that the following individuals currently have active warrants. This serves as an official notice to those listed to make immediate arrangements with the Wayne County Justice Court office by calling 601-735-3118 to resolve any outstanding warrants, citations, and contempt fines. 

All individuals on this list are given 30 days from the date of this notice to pay any delinquent fines. July 17, 2025 will be the first date scheduled for appearances before a Justice Court Judge concerning these warrants. 

This announcement marks phase one of an ongoing enforcement effort — thousands more names will follow in upcoming phases. The Sheriff’s Department encourages anyone who believes they may have unresolved legal matters with the court to contact the Justice Court Office immediately. After 30 days, you will be arrested.
