Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 12th day of December,
2022, by the Chancery Court of Wayne County, Mississippi, to the
undersigned, JAMES S. STODGHILL, Administrator c.t.a. of the Estate of
Jane Kay Stodghill, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons
having claims against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of
this Court for probate and registration according to law, within ninety
(90) days from the first publication of this notice, or they will be
forever barred.

You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by
Marilyn Childs and L.B. Childs. The Petition filed against you has
initiated a civil action seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Carla
Parker, deceased, as fully set out in the Petition and Complaint on file
in the Chancery Court of Wayne County, Mississippi.
YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST
YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A.M. ON THE 26th DAY OF JANUARY 2023 IN THE
COURTROOM OF THE WAYNE COUNTY CHANCERY COURTHOUSE AT WAYNESBORO,
MISSISSIPPI; AND, IN THE CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A

NOTICE TO ALL BANKS
The Board of Trustees of Wayne General Hospital will accept sealed bids
from financial institutions whose accounts are insured by the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), for the privilege of keeping funds
for a period of three (3) years, subject to early termination as
authorized in Miss. Code Ann. Section 27-105-365(1).
All funds shall be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
(FDIC) and all bids shall comply with Title 27, Chapter 105, Article 3
of the Mississippi Code, "Depositories for Funds of Local
Governments" and Miss. Code Ann. Sections 27-105-315, 27-105-305 and
27-105-365. The bids or proposals shall designate the kind of securities
as authorized by law which the financial institution propose to give as
security for funds. Bids shall state the rate of interest to be paid by
the bank for the privilege of holding said funds for a three (3) year
period, subject to early termination as authorized by Miss. Code Ann.
Section 27-105-365(1). The Board of Trustees reserves the right to
select one or more depositories for the privilege of keeping hospital
general funds.
Bids may be submitted to Wayne General Hospital, 950 Matthew Drive,
Waynesboro, Mississippi,
39367. They may either be delivered or mailed. All bids must be marked
"Bid for Depository" on the outside of the sealed envelope. All
sealed bids must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 09,
2023.
Sealed bids will be opened by the Wayne General Hospital Board of
Trustees at their meeting of January 09, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wayne
General Hospital Wellness and Education Center. The Board of Trustees
reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any
informalities.

NOTICE TO ALL BANKS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Wayne County,
Mississippi, hereby advertises and gives notice, as required by Section
27-106-305 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, to all banks in
Wayne County and adjoining counties in Mississippi, that the Board of
Supervisors of Wayne County will receive sealed bids or proposals to be
filed with the Clerk of the Board by 10:00 a.m. on January 12, 2023, for
the privilege of keeping on deposit Wayne County Funds, to include
certificates of deposits, or any part thereof for the year 2023 & 2024.
The successful bidder to be awarded the contract at County Depository
for the year 2023 & 2024.
Bids are to be accompanied by a list of securities proposed to be given
as security therefore and must comply with Section 27-105-315, Miss.
Code of 1972, as amended, and shall state the interest rate to be paid
by the bank during the year for county and school funds invested on day
to day savings accounts.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to aide any
informalities. The Board further reserves the right to select one or
more banks to serve as depository for county funds.
Bids shall be addressed to Wayne County Board of Supervisors,
Chancery Clerk, Wayne County Courthouse, and marked on the outside of
the envelope:
