Boil water notice issued for east side of Hiwannee Water system

Hiwannee Water Association has issued a boil-water notice for customer on the east side of the water system.

Those impacted by this notice will have had low or no water pressure on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Water should be brought to a rolling boil for no less than one minute before consuming in the affected area by the outage. 

Repairs have been made and customers will be notified when the boil-water notice has been lifted.
