Mayor issues donor challenge for library

Submitted | The Wayne County News Members of the Waynesboro-Wayne County Library Board and Waynesboro Richard Johnson celebrate the annual $10,000 donation from the mayor to the library. This year, Johnson has issued a challenge to the public and the library, saying that he will match any donation from another person or business between now and March 1 up to a total of $10,000.
