TAKE NOTICE that Palmer Petroleum, Inc. has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 105-2022-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Graham No. A-3 Well having API No. 2315320481 located in Section 6, Township 9 North, Range 7 West, E. Yellow Creek Field, Wayne County, Mississippi.

This Petition will be heard by the Board at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of April, 2022, at the Mississippi State Oil & Gas Board, 500 Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.

City Grass Cutting Service 2022

The City of Waynesboro will be accepting sealed bids on grass cutting services for the following site locations:

City Hall, Police Department, Fire Department, Fagan Park and Armory

Waynesboro/Wayne County Library and Police Officer's Memorial Cemetery

Station Street, Cell Tower Lot, Rhinehart Square and Wayne County 911 Operations Center

Ditching: Pou Street to Lift Station (North side of Azalea Dr.), Lomax to Shady Pine Street (East side of Lomax), South side of Azalea Drive from Waynesboro Middle School Drive west to Lomax Drive, North side of Shady Pine Street to wood line east to Great Southern National Bank drive. Ditch between Shady Pine and Wayne Streets, ditch east of Wayne Street and north of Mississippi Drive. Ditch running south along Spring Street from South Street to ditch end across from Parker's Seafood. Ditch and grounds on Chickasawhay Street to Summer Street bend from railroad tracks to roadway.

The above referenced site locations, project numbers 101 through 106, shall be bid separately, with each number representing a separate bid. The bids will be awarded or rejected on a per-site location and thus bidders may be awarded separate site locations. General lawn services shall be provided at each location to include the following: trash and debris pick up, cutting grass, hedge trimming, weed-eating, edging of curbs and sidewalks, blowing off lots and sidewalks. The lawn services provided will cover the period from April 9, 2022 to October 31, 2022. No sub-contracting of lawn services shall be permitted. There will be a pre-bid conference on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 9:00 am, to be held at Waynesboro City Hall in the board room. Bid packets will be handed out at the meeting and a tour of the facilities will be provided immediately afterwards.

Bids will be received at the Waynesboro City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi, until 10:00 am C.S.T. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at which time all bids will be publicly opened in the city board room and read aloud. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk, City of Waynesboro, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367. The front of the sealed envelope should contain the bidder's name, address, phone number and primary contact as well as state "Grass Cutting Bids" on the front of the envelope. The sealed envelope should include:

The bid submission form requested to be considered

A copy of the general liability insurance policy declarations page showing $1,000,000.00 in coverage or

Submit sufficient proof demonstrating the bidder's ability to obtain the required $1,000,000.00 in insurance coverage.

If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified above. The opening and reading of a bid shall not be construed as an acceptance of the bidder as a qualified, responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to determine the competence and responsibility of a bidder from its knowledge of the bidder's qualifications or from other sources. In the event that the City shall desire additional supporting data regarding the qualifications of the bidder in order to determine whether he/she or it is a qualified responsible bidder, the bidder may be required to furnish any or all of the following information:

Evidence that the bidder is capable of commencing performance as required by Contract;

Evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to City, that the bidder possesses the proper equipment and personnel to perform all phases of the work called for in the contract;

Such additional information as will satisfy the City that the bidder is adequately prepared to fulfill the Contract.

A bid shall be deemed as having been awarded when formal notice of award shall have been mailed by the City to the bidder. The bidder to whom the Contract shall have been awarded will be required to execute 3 copies of a Contract furnished by the City. In case of the bidder's refusal or failure to do so within ten (10) days after its receipt of formal notice of award, bidder will considered to have abandoned all rights and interests in the award.

All contractors wishing to bid on any of these services shall have in possession a $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance or the bidder must submit sufficient proof demonstrating the bidder's ability to obtain the required $1,000,000.00 in insurance coverage if awarded the contract and be able to legally register their business as a vendor with the City of Waynesboro. Prior insurance document submissions will not be considered for use. Businesses will be required to provide a W-9 if not already authorized to conduct business with the City of Waynesboro.

Failure to meet any of the above instructions may result in the bid being disqualified. The City may consider as irregular any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and the right to waive defects or irregularities in any bid received.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR DESIGN-BUILD BIDS

WAYNE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

WAYNESBORO, MISSISSIPPI

Separate sealed design-build bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2022, for a Design-Build County Multi-Purpose Building to be located in Buckatunna, MS, District One, Wayne County. The successful contractor for this project will be responsible for its design and construction. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud.

The project shall be designed by a Professional Engineer or Architect currently licensed in the State of Mississippi. The proposal may be submitted in any format and shall include a Lump Sum price to provide men, equipment, and materials required in the execution of the following. Lump Sum Price includes the design and construction of a County Multi-Purpose Building at a county owned site located in Buckatunna, Mississippi, District One Wayne County. The awarded company or firm shall include all the elements necessary to provide the Board with a 100 LF x 150 LF x 18 LF Eave Height Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Standing Seam Metal Roofing, five (5) inch minimum cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab, structural engineered reinforced concrete footings and grade beams installed on a crushed stone sub-base. The proposed project shall be designed without interior wall sections but shall include mechanical and electrical connections as requested by the Board.

All proposals shall be directed to the attention of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors with the outside of the envelope marked "Bid Proposal County Multi-Purpose Building Project." Contractor shall indicate certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the envelope.

Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the best bid and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.

The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
