SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2014, Billie S. Shaw executed a certain Deed of 
Trust to FNC Title Services, LLC, Trustee for the use and benefit of 
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as 
nominee for American Advisors Group, its successors and assigns which 
Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk ofWayne 
County, Mississippi, on August 15, 2014, as Document Number 201403147.
WHEREAS, Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, the current holder and/or 
assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by 
instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk's Office on March 23, 2026, as 
Document Number 202600785; and
WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said 
deed of truste and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared 
to be due and payment in accordance with the terms of said deed of 
trust, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, the legal holder of said 
indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in

The Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District will receive 
bids for the construction of a Gas Main Relocation Project in Quitman, 
Mississippi. Proposals shall be accepted until no later than 5:30 p.m. 
Local Time, Wednesday June 3, 2026, in the Board Room of Chickasawhay 
Natural Gas District Office located at 306 South Archusa Avenue, 
Quitman, Mississippi. All bids received will be publicly opened and 
read aloud. 
The work shall consist essentially of the following: Construction of a 
6" Steel High Pressure Gas Main by Horizontal Directional Boring and 
Hot Tap connections to an existing 6" Steel High Pressure Gas Main.

PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED
 AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE 
The City of Waynesboro hereby proposes to amend the Official Zoning 
Ordinance by deleting from Section 801 the following language which was 
amended and adopted by Ordinance No. Z-111-12: "no building permit 
shall be required of any industry situated within the municipal limits 
which employs fifteen (15) or more persons." 
This above provision in bold is intended to be deleted from the Official 
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Waynesboro, Mississippi. 
The City of Waynesboro will hold a duly noticed public hearing on this 
proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at

In accordance with Section 29-3-41 of the MS Code, all bids will be 
opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Wayne 
County School District at 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The Wayne
