WHEREAS, on August 1, 2014, Billie S. Shaw executed a certain Deed of 
Trust to FNC Title Services, LLC, Trustee for the use and benefit of 
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as 
nominee for American Advisors Group, its successors and assigns which 
Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk ofWayne 
County, Mississippi, on August 15, 2014, as Document Number 201403147.
WHEREAS, Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, the current holder and/or

The Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District will receive 
bids for the construction of a Gas Main Relocation Project in Quitman, 
Mississippi. Proposals shall be accepted until no later than 5:30 p.m. 
Local Time, Wednesday June 3, 2026, in the Board Room of Chickasawhay 
Natural Gas District Office located at 306 South Archusa Avenue, 
Quitman, Mississippi. All bids received will be publicly opened and 
read aloud. 
The work shall consist essentially of the following: Construction of a 
6" Steel High Pressure Gas Main by Horizontal Directional Boring and 
Hot Tap connections to an existing 6" Steel High Pressure Gas Main. 
The above general outline of features of the work does not in any way 
limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and 
furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the 
specifications and the drawings referred to therein. 
The Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District hereby 
notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any 
contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged and 
women's business enterprise will be afforded the full opportunity to 
submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated

To all owners of, and persons interested in the McLemore No. 6 Well, 
Section 16 of Township 6 North, Range 2 East, Morgan Fork Field, 
Franklin County, Mississippi:
Take notice that Black Jack Oil Company, Inc. has filed a petition in 
this docket requesting that this Board enter an order granting an 
extension of inactive well status for the above-referenced well. Said 
Petition will be heard by this Board at 9 a.m. on May 20, 2026, in Suite 
E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and 
place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. A copy 
of said Petition and documents filed therewith are on file in the office 
of this Board and may be there examined by any person interested.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance you must 
notify the Board and the petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5 p.m. on May 12, 2026. Failure to so notify 
the Board and the petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your 
right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition 
which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board
