TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on January 31, 2007, Robert D. Davis and Beverly Davis executed 
a Deed of Trust to J. Patrick Caldwell, as Trustee for Cadence Bank 
f/k/a BancorpSouth Bank,  Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office 
of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, MS, in Book 1189 at Page 247;
WHEREAS, on August 20, 2025, Cadence Bank substituted James Eldred
