You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of 
Heirs filed in this court by Karen C. Hendry, Petitioner, seeking to 
have Karen C. Hendry and Melissa Hendry Kerns established as the sole 
heirs at law of Kevin Rufus Hendry, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against 
you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 26th day of August, 
2025, in the courtroom of the Wayne County Courthouse at Waynesboro, 
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a 
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things 
demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other heirs

The Storage Place, LLC for self storage at the facility located at 814 
Court Street and 1521 Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, Mississippi, and the 
occupants listed below are default in payment of the sums due under said 
Agreement;
AND WHEREAS, the occupants listed below have been notified by certified 
mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of the 
occupant; of the occupants' default and the claims of the undersigned; 
and more than fifteen (15) days have now expired since notice by 
certified mail was postmarked;
AND WHEREAS, Unit 121 — Stephanie Pruitt; Unit 156 — Ella Street; 
Unit 10 — Shantissa Glenn; Unit 40 — Nicole Williams; Unit 66 — 
Lakeshia Figgers; Unit 75 — JoQuarius Williamson have remained in 
default;
AND WHEREAS The Storage Place, LLC claims a lien on the contents of said 
units, all as provided by Section 85-7-121 through 85-7-129 of the 
MISSISSIPPI CODE of 1972; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of all the same, said occupants and the 
general public are hereby notified that the contents of said units will 
be sold to the highest bidder at a public lien sale to be held on 
September 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time at THE STORAGE PLACE, LLC, 
located at 814 Court Street, Waynesboro. All sales will be final and no 
warranty nor guarantee of any will attach to the property sold from the 
undersigned for any purpose.
