Kevin Rufus Hendry, deceased.
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of 
Heirs filed in this court by Karen C. Hendry, Petitioner, seeking to 
have Karen C. Hendry and Melissa Hendry Kerns established as the sole 
heirs at law of Kevin Rufus Hendry, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against 
you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 26th day of August, 
2025, in the courtroom of the Wayne County Courthouse at Waynesboro, 
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a 
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things 
demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other heirs 
at law of Kevin Rufus Hendry, deceased. You are not required to file an 
answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

To all owners and persons interested in the Wausau Field, Wayne County, 
Mississippi.
TAKE NOTICE that Womack Energy, Inc. has filed a Petition with the State 
Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 293-2025-D requesting 
the Board to grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 
28 for the Wausau Unit 28-1 No. 1 Well having API No. 2315300095 located 
in Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 9 West, Wausau Field, Wayne 
County, Mississippi.
This Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 
20th day of August, 2025, at the Mississippi State Oil & Gas Board, 500 
Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and 
place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, being 
seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure 
to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your 
right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which
