WHEREAS, on January 10, 2019, William Ray and Melissa Ray as Grantors, executed a Deed of Trust to S. Joel Johnson, as Trustee, for the benefit of Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union on the real estate hereinafter described, which Deed of Trust secures an indebtedness therein described as well as any additional and future advances and which Deed of Trust was filed for record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi and appearing in said office as Instrument No. 201900155; and
WHEREAS, Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is now known as Sunbelt Federal Credit Union and is the current beneficiary of said Deed of Trust and the indebtedness securing the same; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the holder has declared the full amount due and owing and has requested the undersigned Trustee to foreclose said Deed of Trust for the purpose of paying the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale, or as much thereof as said sale brings; and

TAKE NOTICE that Clarkco Oilfield Services, Inc. ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the Board of Education 16-12 No. 1 Well (API No. 23-153-20666) ("the Well") in the N. Wausau Field in Wayne County, Mississippi, and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of March, 2022, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2022, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
