TOMMY ALVIS BYRD, Executor of the Estate of Jane M. Byrd, deceased, 
notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate 
to present the same to the Clerk of this Court for probate and 
registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first 
publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.

WHEREAS, on August 6, 2019, Joe L. Miller, Jr. and Tanisha Byrd, husband 
and wife executed a certain Deed of Trust to John R. Gunn, Trustee for 
the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., 
as Beneficiary, as nominee for First State Bank, its successors and 
assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery

right to accept all or part of a bid from one vendor.

WHEREAS, on August 28, 2020, Ambria Jessicalena Powe aka Ambria Powe and 
Eric Donshae Leverette aka Eric Leverette, a married couple, executed a 
Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage 
Corporation, 620 Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 
37902 as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, 
Mississippi, in Instrument No. 202002456, reference to which is hereby 
made; and,
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it
