Funeral services for Patricia "Pat" McMichael, 75, of Wynesboro, were
conducted on Friday, April 4, 2025 from West Shady Grove Baptist Church,
with Dr. Stephen Smith and Rev. Ervin Mooney officiating.

Born in Millry, Ala., on Friday, May 20, 1949 to the late Anaise and
Clarence Love Grimes, she was a member of West Shady Grove Baptist
Church. She retired as a Secretary of the Nursing Program at Jones
County Junior College (now Jones College.)

She is survived by her loving husband of nine years, Dale McMichael of
Waynesboro; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Tracy and Chasity
Goldman of Sandersville, Jason and Michelle Goldman of Eight Mile, Ala.,
and Jamie Pitts of Waynesboro; her daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and
Brent Smith of Citronelle, Ala.; her stepson and his spouse, Jonathan
and Pam McMichael of Waynesboro; her stepdaughter and her spouse, Kayla
and Tony Powell of Waynesboro; her brother and son-in-law, Robert and
Becky Grimes of Millry; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Margaret
Gardner of Millry and Alice and Mike Carlisle of Gilbertown, Ala.; 11
grandchildren and their respective spouses, Gavin Goldman, Alexandra
Goldman, E'Laina Goldman, Isabelle Pitts, Taylor Pitts, Dustin and
Kaytlin Allen, Nick and Leslie Allen, Hope Johnston, Bella McMichael,
Ryan Powell and Nathan Powell; and two great-grandchildren, Molly Kate
Allen and Holden Allen.
