Act (WIOA). The WIOA youth program primarily addresses the needs of
youth with barriers to education, employment, and training in the Twin
Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA). SMPDD requests proposals
from organizations interested in being out-of-school youth service
providers to fulfill the purpose and intent of WIOA. The following
proposals are requested:
