The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26 and the 
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 10 
North, Range 9 West, West Eucutta Field, Wayne County, Mississippi and 
containing 80 acres, more or less.
Please take notice that beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 
20, 2024, in the hearing room, Suite E, 500 Greymont Avenue, Jackson, 
Mississippi, the State Oil and Gas Board will hear the Petition of MJD 
Production, Inc. for authority to drill its Pace-Moore 26-13 No. 1 Well 
on the above described 80+- acre oil unit. Petitioner proposes to drill 
said Well at a regular location approximately 400 from the west line 
and 600 from the south line of Section 26, Township 10 North, Range 9 
West to an approximate depth of 8600 to test the Paluxy formation and 
all other formations and pools which may be encountered, in the above 
described 80+- acre oil unit. The proposed well location is regular 
under the Special Field Rules established for Eucutta Field. Petitioner 
is also requesting the integration of all interests, with alternate risk 
charges assessed to non-consenting owners identified in the Petition, in 
the above-described unit.

Gas Board and may be there examined by any persons interested. At said 
hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard.

To all owners, operators and persons interested in South Winchester 
Field and in the following described lands therein:
Section 21, Township 8 North, Range 6 West, Wayne County, Mississippi.
TAKE NOTICE that VENTURE OIL & GAS, INC., has filed a Petition with the 
State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi in the above-referenced docket 
requesting that the Board grant the following relief: pursuant to 
Statewide Rule 63, amend the previously issued permit for the South 
Winchester Salt Water Disposal Well No. 1 (the Well ) to add authority 
for the Well to inject natural gas North and South Winchester Fieldwide 
Unit along with salt water and other produced fluids. The Well is 
located 813 feet South of the North line and 1876 feet East of the West 
line of Section 21, Township 8 North, Range 6 West, Wayne County, 
Mississippi, in South Winchester Field. Petitioner proposes to use the 
Well to inject volumes of natural gas that are produced from the North 
and South Winchester Fieldwide Unit, along with salt water and produced 
fluids.
TAKE NOTICE that the above and foregoing matter will be heard at the 
regular November 2024 meeting to be held at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on 
November 20, 2024, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 
39202, and any other place to which said meeting may be adjourned or

 TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, on May 20, 2019, Michael Aaron Cooley and wife, Latasha Cooley, 
executed a Land Deed of Trust to John R. Gunn, Trustee for the benefit 
of First State Bank, which Deed of Trust was recorded May 20, 2019, in 
the Land Deed of Trust Records as Instrument 201901678 in the Chancery 
Clerk's Office of Wayne County, Mississippi,
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness 
secured by said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of the note secured 
by said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to sell said 
property for the purpose of satisfying the indebtedness and cost of 
sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned Trustee 
will, on the 22nd day of November, 2024, offer for sale at public outcry 
and sell during the legal hours of sale, being between the hours of 
11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Main Front door of the Wayne County 
Courthouse in the City of Waynesboro, Wayne County, Mississippi, for 
cash to the highest bidder, the following described property situated in 
Wayne County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of 
Section 27,Township 8 North, Range 8 West, Wayne County, Mississippi; 
thence run South for a distance of 466.3 feet; thence run South 82 
degrees 42 minutes East along South line of the Boyles tract for a 
distance of 813.2 feet; thence run North 15 degrees 42 minutes West 
along a fence for a distance of 196.2 feet; thence run North 45 degrees 
27 minutes West along a fence for a distance of 196.0 feet; thence run 
North 52 degrees 49 minutes East for a distance of 258.6 feet to the 
Point of Beginning of land to be described; thence run North 55 degrees 
39 minutes East for a distance of 176.80 feet; thence run North 27 
degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds West to and along the Jim McMichael Loop 
Road for a distance of 438.47 feet; thence run South 49 degrees 54

containing 2.24 acres, more or less. The above described property is

the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 8 
North, Range 8 West, and running thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 24 
seconds East 505.47 feet to a rebar set in a fence; thence along said 
fence with chords as follows: North 20 degrees 17 minutes 16 seconds 
West 84.56 feet; North 10 degrees 10 minutes 49 seconds East 62.82 feet;

being the Westernmost corner of a 2.24 acre parcel of land and being the 
Point of Beginning of the property herein described; and from said Point

described 0.64 acre parcel of land being the Point of Beginning of the 
property herein described; and from said Point of Beginning, run thence

0.64 acre parcel 263.17 feet to the centerline of a public road; thence 
South 26 degrees 34 minutes 58 seconds East along said road 5.10 feet; 
thence South 49 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West parallel to said 
Southeast line 256.96 feet to a fence; thence South 46 degrees 22 
minutes 29 seconds East along said fence 283.16 feet to a corner of said 
fence; thence North 50 degrees 31 minutes 45 seconds East along said 
fence and the projection of said fence 165.76 feet; thence South 29 
degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds East 41.67 feet to the Southeast corner of 
the Joseph Schaniel property; thence South 55 degrees 39 minutes 00 
seconds West along the Southeast line of said Schaniel property 176.80 
feet to a corner of said Schaniel property; thence North 43 degrees 24 
minutes 55 seconds West along the Southwest line of said Schaniel 
property 311.99 feet to the Point of Beginning being a parcel containing 
0.25 acre, more or less, subject to the right-of-way of said public 
road. 
together with all and singular the improvements situated thereon and 
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Title to said property is presumed to be good but I will convey only 
such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
The aforesaid property will be sold and conveyed without covenants of 
representation or warranty, and subject to taxes, if any, which may be 
outstanding.
