SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on January 16, 2008, Eileen White, an unmarried person, and 
Gary Shanks, an unmarried person, executed a Deed of Trust to Tim 
Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, 620 
Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902 as 
recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, 
Mississippi, in Book 1208 at Page 458, reference to which is hereby 
made; and,
WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust recorded in Book 1208 at Page 458, was 
reformed by Default Judgment filed September 24, 2014, in Cause No. 
2013-224, in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk and,
WHEREAS, the Default Judgment and the Reformed Deed of Trust was 
recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk, in Instrument 
#201403831; and,
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it 
in said Deed of Trust, as reformed, by instrument dated August 2, 2024, 
duly spread upon the record and recorded as Instrument No. 202402276, in 
the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the 
undersigned Jana Nye Manlove in the place and stead of the original 
Trustee and of any other Substituted Trustee; and,
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said 
Deed of Trust, as reformed, and the entire debt secured thereby having 
been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said 
Deed of Trust, as reformed, and the legal holder of said indebtedness 
having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the 
Trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of 
said Deed of Trust, as reformed, for the purpose of raising the sums due 
thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees 
and expenses of sale; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Jana Nye Manlove being the 
Substituted Trustee, do hereby give notice that on September 30, 2024, 
between 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., being the legal hours 
of sale, I will proceed to sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder 
for cash, at the Front South Steps of the Wayne County Courthouse in 
Waynesboro, State of Mississippi, the following real property described 
and conveyed in said Deed of Trust, as reformed, lying and being 
situated in Wayne County, Mississippi, and being more particularly 
described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at a point where the West line of the West 1/2 of the 
Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 7 North, Range 6 West, Wayne 
County, Mississippi, intersects the Easterly right of way line of the 
Buckatunna-Mt. Zion Road (public), thence run in a Southerly direction 
along East right of way line of said road for a distance of 525.0 feet, 
thence run East for a distance of 450.0 feet, to the Southeast Corner of 
the Fredrick J. Davis property recorded in Deed Book 1056 at Page 537 in 
the Chancery Clerk's Office, Wayne County, Mississippi, being the 
point of beginning of land to be described, thence run in a Northerly 
direction parallel with public road along East line of the Davis 
property for a distance of 235.0 feet, thence run South 78 degrees 47 
minutes East parallel with power line for a distance of 210.0 feet, 
thence run in a Southerly direction parallel with East line of Davis 
property for a distance of 315.0 feet, to the North right of way line of 
the above described power line, thence run North 78 degrees 47 minutes 
West along North power line right of way for a distance of 210.0 feet, 
thence run in a Northerly direction parallel with public road for a 
distance of 80.0 feet, to the point of beginning. Containing 1.5 acre,

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
INITIAL HEARING
Wayne County Board of Supervisors is applying to the Mississippi 
Development Authority for a Regular Public Facilities Community 
Development Block Grant of up to $200,000 for ADA Improvements. 
The State of Mississippi has been allocated approximately $24,335,266 
that will be made available to cities, town and counties on a 
competitive basis to undertake eligible community development 
activities. These funds must be used to benefit low-and moderate-income 
persons. 
The activities for which these funds may be used are in the areas of 
public facilities and economic development. More specific details 
regarding eligible activities, program requirements and the rating 
system will be provided at a public hearing, which will be held at the 
Wayne County Board of Supervisors Building located at 609 Azalea Drive 
at on Thursday, October 10th at 1:00 PM. The purpose of this hearing 
will be to obtain citizen input into the development of the application.
The location for this hearing is accessible to persons with 
disabilities. If a translator is needed for non-English speaking 
persons, please contact Melissa Davis at 601.735.6230 at least three (3) 
days prior to the meeting in an effort to accommodate this request. The 
Wayne County Board of Supervisors does not discriminate on the basis of 
disability in the admissions or access to or treatment of employment in 
its programs or activities. 
All comments are welcome and must be submitted in writing. Written 
comments should be mailed to the Wayne County Board of Supervisors to
