SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on August 28, 2020, Ambria Jessicalena Powe aka Ambria Powe and 
Eric Donshae Leverette aka Eric Leverette, a married couple, executed a 
Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage 
Corporation, 620 Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 
37902 as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, 
Mississippi, in Instrument No. 202002456, reference to which is hereby 
made; and,
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it 
in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated June 8, 2022, duly spread 
upon the record and recorded as Instrument No. 202201740, in the office 
of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the undersigned Marc K. 
McKay in the place and stead of the original Trustee and of any other 
Substituted Trustee; and,
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said 
Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared

In accordance with Section 29-3-41 of the MS Code, all bids will be 
opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Wayne

Wayne County Board of Education requires a minimum bid of $6.25 per acre 
with the lease contract ending June 30, 2027. All bidders must enclose a 
bid deposit (cashier's check, money order, or personal check) in the

the checks and/or money orders will be returned to the bidders whose 
bids are not accepted.
The Lessee is required to pay the annual taxes on the property to the

Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above 
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under 
Statewide Rule 28 for the Stanley 1-11 No. 8 Well (API No. 23-153-20623) 
in the East Eucutta Field in Wayne County, Mississippi and for other 
relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on 
file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas 
Board and may there be examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of 
October, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 
39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must

PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that Mosbacher Energy Company ("Petitioner") has filed a 
Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above 
docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under 
Statewide Rule 28 for the Joseph No. 1 (API No. 23-153-20860) (the 
"Well") in the Diamond Field, Wayne County, Mississippi and for other 
relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on 
file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas 
Board and may there be examined. 
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of 
October, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 
39202 at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, which is 
seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure 
to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a 
waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition which 
may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board 
will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in 
accordance with the evidence presented.

Request for Proposals
The Southern Mississippi Planning & Development District (SMPDD), as the 
fiscal agent for the Twin Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA), 
is advertising for sealed proposals for payroll services for the Career 
Skills Training Education Pathways (STEP) program, a workforce 
development program funded through the Temporary Assistance for Needy 
Families (TANF) grant by the Mississippi Department of Human Services 
(MDHS), or other federal and/or State funds. Eligible vendors must be 
able to: pay assigned employees' wages, withhold and transmit payroll 
taxes, provide unemployment insurance, workers compensation benefits, 
all required federal wage and hour financial obligations, and stipends 
and/or incentives. The proposed services will be provided to Career STEP 
eligible participants (which may be as young as 16 years old) who are 
referred by Career STEP Program staff. The participants served may be in 
any of the following counties of Clarke, Covington, Forrest, George, 
Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, 
Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Leake, Marion, Neshoba, Newton, Perry, Pearl 
River, Scott, Smith, Stone and Wayne. This advertisement is conducted 
pursuant to the requirements, conditions and the applicable regulations 
and policies of 2 CFR 200, 45 CFR, the Mississippi Department of Human 
Services, and SMPDD. 
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available from SMPDD, 
beginning September 10, 2024. Copies of the RFP can be obtained on or 
after this date by downloading a copy of from the SMPDD website at 
www.smpdd.com/rfp_publicnotice. Completed proposal packages should be 
submitted to SMPDD electronically via email to Kacie Brown at 
cassandrabrown@smpdd.com. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. CST 
September 24, 2024; proposals received after this deadline will not be 
considered responsive to this RFP. The initial contract(s) awarded will 
begin no sooner than October 1, 2024, and go through September 30, 2025. 
There will be an option to extend the contract(s) annually up to three 
(3) years with the approval of both parties, dependent on funding.
