SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 2007, Clarance L. Gray, Jr., an
unmarried man, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Atty.
Arnold M. Weiss, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC fka Homecomings
Financial Network, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein
described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery
Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi in DT Book 1196 at Page 310; and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of February, 2012, Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC
fka Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., assigned said Deed of Trust
unto Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of
the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument# 201200764; and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of June, 2024 the Holder of said Deed of Trust
substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by
instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in
Instrument# 202401740; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness
secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust,
having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 8th day of August,
2024, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00
p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the front steps
of Wayne County Courthouse, 609 Azalea Drive at Waynesboro, Mississippi,
for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and
property situated in Wayne County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commence at the Northwest Corner of the SW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 13,
Township 8 North, Range 7 West, Wayne County, Mississippi, thence run
South 252.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run East 214.01
feet; thence run South 06 degrees 11 minutes West 118.37 feet; thence
run West 201.26 feet; thence run North 117.68 feet to the Point of
Beginning, being a parcel of land in the SW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 13,
Township 8 North, Range 7 West, also Lot 10, Oakwood Phase 1 of
Willowbrook Subdivision, City of Waynesboro, Wayne County, Mississippi.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

You have been made a Respondent in the Petition for Determination of
Heirs filed in this County by Richard James, Petitioner, seeking to have
Edna Eileen "Sue" McCoy Kelley, Marsha Belinda Kelley Gibson, Eugene
LeRoy Kelley, Jr., and Gregory Scott Kelley established as the sole heir
at laws of E.L. Kelley, Sr., Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against
you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2024,, in the
courtroom of the Jones County Courthouse at Laurel, Mississippi, and in
case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered
against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition,
thereby barring the claims of any other heirs at law of E.L. Kelley,
Sr., Deceased. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading
but you may do so if you desire.

the drainage has been completed by the owners, and the scope of work is
to complete the construction of the fields. Project generally includes
laser grading, drainage, irrigation, installing top soil, finish
grading, grassing and turf.
The approximate site if 4.7 acres of ball field construction.
Special qualifications are required for portions of the project.
The City will furnish the limestone, sand and top soil.
Construction time line is 160 calendar days.
Plans and specifications can be obtained at City Hall.
