Waynesboro man killed; JCSD investigating homicide

The Jones County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigations Division (JCSD CID) has confirmed the identity of the human remains discovered on Tom Windham Road near Tallahala Creek this morning.

JCSD CID advises that Desmond Frost, age 35, of Waynesboro, MS, is the victim. Frost’s next-of-kin have been notified and his death is being investigated as a homicide.
