SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on June 25, 2008, James L. West and wife, Hope West executed a certain deed of trust to Don O. Rogers, Trustee for the benefit of The Citizens National Bank of Meridian which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of Mississippi in Book 1221 at Page 662; and

WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association has heretofore substituted LOGS Legal Group, LLP as Trustee by instrument dated July 31, 2015 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Instrument No 201502867; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LOGS Legal Group, LLP, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on January 27, 2022 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the South Door of the County Courthouse of Wayne County, located at 609 Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, MS 39367, to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Wayne County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:

Commencing at a point situated 420.0 feet South and 560.29 feet East of the NW Corner of the SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 8 West, in Wayne County, Mississippi; run thence South for 208.71 feet; thence run East for 241.0 feet to the West right-of-way line of a public road; thence run in a Northwesterly direction along said right-of-way around a curve to the right with a chord bearing North 22 degrees 27 minutes 36 seconds West and a chord distance of 103.25 feet; thence run in a Northeasterly direction along said right-of-way around a curve to the right with a chord bearing of North 03 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds East and a chord a distance of 113.52 feet; thence run West for 208.71 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acre.

TAKE NOTICE, that Oglesby Oil Company ( Petitioner ) has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and request that the Board grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28.2 a of the Statewide Rules and Regulation for the, Sharpe 25-12 well located in the Eucutta Central Field of Wayne County, Mississippi and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the Office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.

The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of February 2022 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.

If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner s representive of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 P.M. Tuesday February 7th, 2022, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioners s representive shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.

You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioners and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgement may be appropriate with the evidence presented.

Invitation to Bid for Surplus Police Vehicles

The City of Waynesboro, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on nine (9) former police vehicles. These vehicles are located at 703 Dan Parnell Drive, Waynesboro, Mississippi. (Behind Kelley Oil Company) These vehicles are being sold in an "as is" condition with no guarantees or warranties. Bids will be received at Waynesboro City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. C.S.T. on Monday, January 31, 2022, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed and addressed to City Clerk, City of Waynesboro, 714 Wayne Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi, 39367.

All bids shall give the monetary amount bid for each individual vehicle, along with the make, model, year and vehicle identification number and must be signed by the bidder. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, telephone number and plainly marked "Bid for Surplus Police Vehicles." If forwarding by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bids must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and the right to waive any defects or irregularities in any bid received.

A Bid shall be deemed as having been awarded when notice of the award is given to the Bidder. Bidder shall have seven (7) business days after receiving notice from the City to pay the City and pick up the vehicles.
