direction along said right-of-way line around a curve to the right with
a radius of 409.00 feet for an arc length of 151.60 feet, a chord of

distance of 150.74 feet; thence continue along said right-of-way line
with chords as follows: North 45 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East for
74.07 feet; North 47 degrees 53 minutes 39 seconds East for 170.40 feet;
North 48 degrees 41 minutes East for 212.14 feet; North 47 degrees 37
minutes 01 second East for 93.42 feet; thence continue along said
right-of-way line around a curve to the left with a radius of 638.07
feet for an arc length of 300.55 feet, a chord of which bears North 35
degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds East for a chord distance of 297.78 feet;
thence continue along said right-of-way with chords as follows: North 21
degrees 47 minutes 33 seconds East for 176.91 feet; North 20 degrees 45
minutes 43 seconds East for 32.83 feet to a chain link fence; thence run
North 69 degrees 42 minutes 17 seconds West along said chain link fence
for 237.16 feet to a corner of said fence; thence North 15 degrees 21
minutes 33 seconds East along said fence for 250.07 feet to a corner of
said chain link fence; thence run South 89 degrees 23 minutes 53 seconds
West along a fence for 549.26 feet to the point of beginning, containing
13.87 acres, more or less.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will
