minutes 54 seconds West 217.10 feet to a 1/2 inch rod on the Section

line; thence run along said Section line East 381.38 feet to the Point

of Beginning, containing 1.000 acre, more or less, and all being in the

NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 5 West, Wayne

County, Mississippi.

together with all and singular the improvements situated thereon and

hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Title to said property is presumed to be good but I will convey only

such title as is vested in me as Trustee.

The aforesaid property will be sold and conveyed without covenants of
