being administered in Cause No: 23-cv-00099 on docket of the Chancery

Court of Wayne County, Mississippi. All persons having claims against

said estate are hereby notified and they must probate and register their

claims against said estate within ninety (90) days from the date of the

first publication of this Notice. Failure to do so will forever bar
