NOTICE
The Chairman and Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District
are soliciting sealed bids from banking establishments in Wayne and
Clarke Counties. The bids are for the privilege of being a depository
for the funds of the District. The term will be for two years. All bids
must be received no later than 12 noon, July 3, 2023.
One hundred and five percent security must be pledged to these funds as
required by law: Section 27-105-315 Miss. Code of 1972.
Bids may be submitted to Chickasawhay Natural Gas District, 306 South
Archusa Avenue, Quitman, MS 39355. They may either be delivered or
mailed. All bids must be marked "Bid of Depository."
The Chairman and the Board reserves the right to reject any and all
bids. The same further reserves the right to select one or more banks.

Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that Womack Energy, Inc. has filed a Petition
with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No.
254-2023-D requesting the Board to grant an extension of the inactive
well status under Rule 28 for the Wausau Unit 28-1 No. 1 Well having API
No. 2315300095 located in Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 9 West,
Wausau Field, Wayne County, Mississippi.
This Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the
19th day of July, 2023, at the Mississippi State Oil & Gas Board, 500
Greymont Ave., Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and
