SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on January 28, 2022, Bobby Ray Jeter and Nancy Jeter, husband

and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Denise McLaurin, Trustee

for the benefit of Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage which deed of

trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County,

State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 202200279; and

TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an

an exception to certain testing requirements of Statewide Rule 63 for an

enhanced recovery injection well located in West Yellow Creek Field

Unit.

Petitioner is the operator of the West Yellow Creek Field Unit Well No.

2366 feet West of the East line of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 8

West, Wayne County, Mississippi, in West Yellow Creek Field. Petitioner

seeks an exception to the otherwise applicable pressure at which a

mechanical integrity test is to be performed for the Well.

TAKE NOTICE that the above and foregoing matter will be heard at the

regular March 2023 meeting of the Board to be held at 9:00 a.m. on

March 15, 2023 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi,
