NON-RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, WHOSE NAMES AND ADDRESSES ARE

UNKNOWN AND COULD NOT BE ASCERTAINED AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY

BOTH WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI.

You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by

Marilyn Childs and L.B. Childs. The Petition filed against you has

initiated a civil action seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Carla

Parker, deceased, as fully set out in the Petition and Complaint on file

in the Chancery Court of Wayne County, Mississippi.

YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST

YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A.M. ON THE 26th DAY OF JANUARY 2023 IN THE

COURTROOM OF THE WAYNE COUNTY CHANCERY COURTHOUSE AT WAYNESBORO,

MISSISSIPPI; AND, IN THE CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A

JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THIS

PETITION.
