and bid number on the front of the envelope. Bids will be opened at
9:00 A.M., on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at the office of the

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on December 31, 2013, Willis C. McDonald, as surviving tenant
by the entirety executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Liberty Home Equity
Solutions, Inc., which deed of trust was recorded on January 17, 2014,
in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi; and
Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to PHH
Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded in in Instrument 201903059
in the office of the Chancery Clerk, Wayne County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, the holder of the deed of trust at the time of the substitution
substituted McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC as Trustee, as authorized
by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded on September 23, 2019, and
spread at large upon the records in the office of the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk as Instrument No. 201903269 prior to the posting and publication
of this notice; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of the
deed of trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of the deed of trust,
and the legal holder of said indebtedness, PHH Mortgage Corporation, has
requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and

more particularly described as: Commencing at the Point of Beginning of
Tract 1 and run from there Northeastward at right angles with Turner
Street a distance of 177' feet to a point; and from there run
Southeastward, parallel with Turner Street, a distance of 10 feet to a
point; and from there run Southwestward at right angles with Turner
Street a distance of 177' feet to a point; and from there run
Northwestward along the line of Turner Street 10 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
I WILL CONVEY only such title as is vested in the Substitute Trustee.
