WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms
and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated January 14, 2013, executed by
WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER HARRIS conveying certain real property therein
described to W. STEWART ROBISON, as Trustee, for GREEN TREE SERVICING
LLC (N/K/A DITECH FINANCIAL LLC), Original Beneficiary, to secure the
indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the office
of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, Mississippi filed and recorded

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred
and assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual
capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and

NOTICE TO RESPONDENT(S)
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by
the Petitioners seeking termination of parental rights.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition for
Termination of Parental Rights regarding the minor child ATR born to
Chelsie Reasor in December, 2017, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. on the 12th day
of September, 2022, in the courtroom of the Wayne County Chancery
Courthouse at Waynesboro, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to
appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money
or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do
so if you desire.
