Funeral services for Joey Waller, 69, of Waynesboro, will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021 from Harvest Temple Church, with Rev. Edward Bean officiating.

Interment will follow at White House Cemetery.

Born in Waynesboro on Monday, Jan. 21, 1952 to Billy Joe Waller and Edna Sue Waller, he was a member of Harvest Temple Church of God Church. He had worked as a Superintendent in the oilfield industry.

He died on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Renee Caves Waller of Waynesboro; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Steve Waller of DeSoto, Eric and Tasha Waller of Hattiesburg, Brandon Waller of Waynesboro and Kyle and Chasity Graham of Waynesboro; a brother, Jason Waller of Shubuta' a sister, Jena Benton of Satsuma, Ala.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Waller; his mother, Edna Sue Waller; and an uncle, C.L. Westover.
