SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on July 3, 2003, James Eric Davis and Jennifer Davis, husband

and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Emmett James House or Bill

R. McLaughlin, Trustee for the benefit of Union Planters Bank, National

Association which deed of trust is of record in the office of the

Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of Mississippi in Book 1104 at

Page 186; and

WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by

instrument dated May 9, 2022 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery

Clerk's Office in Instrument No. 202201466; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said

deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared

"You are hereby notified that the real and personal property

assessment rolls of the above named county, for the year 2022 have been

equalized according to law, and that said rolls are ready for inspection

and examination and that any objections to said rolls or any assessment

therein contained, shall be made in writing and filed with the clerk of

the Board of Supervisors of said County, on or before the 1st of August,

2022 at his office in the Courthouse of said county, and that all

assessments to which no objection is then and there made, will be

finally approved by said Board of Supervisors and that all assessments
