Sr., seeking to establish the heirs-at-law of Henry Lee Rachal, a heir
to Will Henry Pittman, Sr., Deceased. The parties other than you are
Dorothy J. Pittman, Will H. Pittman, Jr., Terri Pittman, Faye Pittman,
Sherrie Ann Pittman, Alfred James Pittman, Solomon Rachal and Paul
Rachal.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition at 1:30 p.m.

WHEREAS, on June 18, 2009, Robert Allen Pendergrass and Tonja Lynn
Pendergrass, executed a Deed of Trust to Curtis L. Bates, Trustee for
the benefit of Van Joe Cooper and wife, Dixie L. Cooper, which said
Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument 200902170 in the Chancery
Clerk's Office of Wayne County, Mississippi,
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of the note secured
by said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to sell said
property for the purpose of satisfying the indebtedness and cost of
