WHEREAS, on April 30, 2016, Mark W Cochran and Tina L Cochran. husband

and wife executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage

Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for

Quicken Loans, Inc., which deed of trust was recorded on May 13, 2016,

Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Quicken

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that Mosbacher Energy Company ("Petitioner") has filed a

Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above

docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under

Statewide Rule 28 for the Herring 20-15 No. 1 (API No. 23-153-20829)

(the "Well") in the Diamond Field, Wayne County, Mississippi and for

other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter

is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and

Gas Board and may there be examined.

The Petition will be heard by said Board at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day

of July, 2022, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi

39202 at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.

If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must

notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention

in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022, which is

seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure

to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a

waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.

You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition which
