SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 31, 2014, Antonius Nelson and Monica Nelson, husband
and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Scott Everett, Trustee for
the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as
beneficiary, as nominee for Everett Financial, Inc. d/b/a Supreme
Lending, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in
the office of the Chancery Clerk of Wayne County, State of Mississippi
in Instrument No. 201404348; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by
instrument dated March 30, 2022 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery
Clerk's Office in Instrument No. 202201075; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said
deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared
to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust, MidFirst Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having
requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and
sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of
trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together
with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LLG MS LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of
trust, will on June 2, 2022 offer for sale at public outcry and sell
within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00

Commencing from the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 14,

961.29 feet to a point; thence run South 942.10 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar
on the South right-of-way of Old Highway 145, point being 47.70 feet
perpendicular to the centerline of said road and being the point of
beginning of parcel to be described. From said point of beginning run
South 36 degrees 07 minutes 36 seconds West 207.39 feet to a 1/2 inch
rebar; thence run West 446.75 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run North
230.27 feet to a 1/2 iinch rebar; thence run North 04 degrees 32 minutes
59 seconds East 244.51 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar on the South
right-of-way of Old Highway 145, point being 49.30 feet perpendicular to
the centerline of said road; thence run along the Southerly right-of-way
South 65 degrees 14 minutes 07 seconds East 167.82 feet to a point that
is on the South right-of-way of said road; thence continue along said
right-of-way around a curve to the right having a radius of 3024.77
feet, an arc length of 462.61 feet, a chord bearing of South 59 degrees
15 minutes 52 seconds East and a chord length of 462.16 feet back to the
point of beginning. Parcel contains 4.12 acres, more or less, and is
located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 9 North,
Range 7 West, Wayne County, Mississippi, LESS AND EXCEPT, a parcel
described as commencing from the Northwest corner of the NE1/4 of

and run East 961.29 feet to a point; thence run South 942.10 feet to a
1/2 inch rebar on the South right of way of Old Highway 145, point being
47.70 feet perpendicular to the centerline of said road and also, the
POINT OF BEGINNING of parcel to be described. From said point of
beginning run South 36 degrees 07 minutes 36 seconds West 207.39 feet to
a 1/2 inch rebar; thence run West 174.88 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar in the
center of a gravel drive; thence run North 11 degrees 10 minutes 41
seconds East 322.97 feet to a PK nail in an asphalt driveway on the
South right of way of Old Highway 145, point being 48.18 feet
perpendicular to the centerline of said road; thence run along the right
of way of said road along a curve to the right having a radius of
3024.77 feet, an arc length of 278.14 feet, a chord bearing of South 57
degrees 30 minutes 52 seconds East and a chord length of 278.04 feet
back to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 1.31 acres, more or
less, and is located in the in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 14,

Deed of Trust executed by Antonius Nelson and wife, Monica Nelson, dated
October 31, 2014, as security for an indebtedness to Everett Financial,

are soliciting sealed bids from banking establishments in Wayne and
Clarke County. The bids are for the privilege of being a depository for
the funds of the District. The term will be for one year. All bids
must be received no later than 12 noon June 1, 2022.
One hundred and five percent security must be pledged to these funds as
required by law: Section 27-105-315 Miss. Code of 1972.

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of
Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,
Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022, for the
construction of a Wayne County Justice Court Facility to be located on
the Courthouse Square in the City of Waynesboro also known as Engineer's
Project No. WCBS-101-18. Bids will be opened in public and read aloud.
The Plan drawings, Specifications, and Contract documents are on file
and can be viewed and obtained online via the website of the Engineer of
Record, Lawrence R. Clark, P.E. at www.clarkengineersprojects.com. By
use of the website the plan holders shall be able to view and obtain
hard copies of the Plans and Specifications and/or shall also have the

All hard copy proposals shall be directed to the attention of The Wayne

indicate certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the
envelope. Online bids shall be submitted, accepted, and opened as
instructed in the contract documents.
Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best
qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid
and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
Total Contract Time as Advertised: 160 Calendar Days
The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will
affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this
advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not
be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national
origin in consideration for an award.
Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FOR CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Buckatunna requests Statement of Qualification from
qualified firms or individuals to provide Consultant engineering
services for work related to planning, engineering, and implementation
of water, sewer and/or other infrastructure projects with funding from
the American Rescue Plan Act and/or other Federal and State funding.
You are invited to submit Statement of Qualifications, in accordance
with the Request for Qualifications to the Town of Buckatunna, located
at 10 Water Works Street, Buckatunna, Ms 39322 no later than 4:00 P.M.
on June 7, 2022. The Consultant Engineer will be responsible for
performing all Buckatunna Water Works planning, engineering and
implementation services through project closeout in accordance with
federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies. The scope of
work includes but is not limited the following: 1) prepare preliminary
cost estimate and preliminary engineering report; and if grant is
awarded 2) prepare plans and specification, 3) distribute bid documents,
4) assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation, 5) assist in the
execution of construction contracts, 6) hold preconstruction conference,
and 7) perform construction inspection including periodic reports to the
Town of Buckatunna and approve all payment requests. The Town of

grants awarded, the projects activities, and the status of projects;
Capacity for Performance-identify the number and title of staff assigned
to provide services. The Town of Buckatunna will evaluate each
Statement of Qualification. The Town of Buckatunna reserves the right
to reject and/or all Statement of Qualification. The Town of Buckatunna
will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm whose
Statement of Qualification has the highest number of cumulative points
issued by the selection committee and determined to be the most
advantageous to the Town of Buckatunna and other factors considered.

The Wayne County Board of Supervisors, requests proposals from qualified
firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to
the implementation of approved FY 2022 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) project(s). You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance
with this request, by mail or hand delivery to office of the Wayne
County Board of Supervisors; Attn: Holley Lewis, Comptroller, at 609
Azalea Drive, Waynesboro, Mississippi 39367-2616, no later than 10:00
a.m. June 23rd, 2022.
The Engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services
through project closeout in accordance with federal, state and local
law, regulations and policies. The scope of work includes but is not
limited to the following: l) prepare preliminary engineering report and
cost estimates for proposed CDBG applications, 2) prepare plans and
specifications, 3) distribute bid documents, 4) assist in bid opening
and prepare bid tabulation, 5) assist in the execution of construction
contracts, 6) hold pre-construction conference, and 7) perform
construction inspection including periodic reports to the County and
approve all payment requests.

Additionally, the selected firm or individual must comply with Section 3

extent feasible opportunities for contracting, subcontracting, training
and employment arising in connection with this CDBG project will be

following language: '-Proposal for CDBG Engineering Services." Proposals
will be evaluated on the following factors: Qualifications (40 points),
Experience (40 points), and Capacity for Performance (20 points). To be
evaluated properly, the following must be addressed in detail:
Qualifications List of qualifications of persons to be assigned to
project, Experience - Information regarding the firm's experience and
the projects previously undertaken, Capacity for Performance - Identify
the number and title of staff assigned to provide services.
The County will designate a selection committee to evaluate each
proposal. The selection committee may hold proposals for a period of up
to thirty (30) days for the purpose of reviewing and investigating the
proposals' content. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or
all proposals.
Subject to CDBG award(s) and the removal of all environmental
conditions, the County will award a contract with the qualified firm or
individual whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points
and determined to be the most advantageous to the County, price and
other factors considered. The contract will include scope and extent of
work and other essential requirements. An individual contract will be
executed for each awarded project, and the contract will be on a fixed
price basis in accordance with the established CDBG program fee scale.
The County has the authority to terminate the selection at any time.

youth with barriers to education, employment, and training in the Twin
Districts Workforce Development Area (TDWDA). SMPDD requests proposals
from organizations interested in being out-of-school youth service
providers to fulfill the purpose and intent of WIOA. The following
proposals are requested:
WIOA Out-of-School Youth for counties: Clarke, Covington, Greene,
Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Perry, Smith, and Wayne.
