and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Scott Everett, Trustee for

In accordance with Section 29-3-41 of the MS Code, all bids will be
opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Wayne
County School District at 3:00 P.M., Monday, May 23, 2022, in the board

The Wayne County Board of Education requires a minimum bid of $6.25 per
acre with the lease contract being for three (3) years and ending June
30, 2025. All bidders must enclose a bid deposit (cashier s check, money
order, or personal check) in the amount of the annual rent with the bid
when submitted. It is understood the checks/money orders will be
returned to the bidders whose bids are not accepted.
The Lessee is required to pay the annual taxes on the property to the
Wayne County Tax Collector. The Lessee is also required to pay a
one-time filing fee to the Wayne County Chancery Clerk upon execution of

The Chairman and Board of Directors of Chickasawhay Natural Gas District
are soliciting sealed bids from banking establishments in Wayne and
Clarke County. The bids are for the privilege of being a depository for
the funds of the District. The term will be for one year. All bids
must be received no later than 12 noon June 1, 2022.
One hundred and five percent security must be pledged to these funds as

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of
Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,

The Town of Buckatunna requests Statement of Qualification from
qualified firms or individuals to provide Consultant engineering
services for work related to planning, engineering, and implementation
of water, sewer and/or other infrastructure projects with funding from
the American Rescue Plan Act and/or other Federal and State funding.

to provide services. The Town of Buckatunna will evaluate each
Statement of Qualification. The Town of Buckatunna reserves the right

will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm whose
Statement of Qualification has the highest number of cumulative points
issued by the selection committee and determined to be the most
