TAKE NOTICE that TELLUS OPERATING GROUP, LLC ("Tellus") has filed an
administrative application with the State Oil and Gas Board of
Mississippi requesting approval to convert its existing West Yellow
Creek Field Unit Well No. 112 (the "Well"), into an enhanced
recovery injection well as part of pressure maintenance and/or secondary
recovery operations for the West Yellow Creek Field Unit. The surface
location of the Well is 2,528 feet East of the West line and 2,124 feet
North of the South line of Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 8 West,
Wayne County, Mississippi. The proposed injection zone in the said Well
will be in selected intervals of the Eutaw Formation at a measured depth
of 4,860 feet to 5,200 feet. The Well will inject saltwater and/or
carbon dioxide into the injection zone.
Tellus' said administrative permit application for the Well is on file
at the Office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, located at 500
Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, where it is available
for public inspection during usual business hours.
Any interested person(s) wishing to submit written comments to the
Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board regarding the administrative permit
application must do so within twenty (20) days following the publication

Separate sealed bids will be received by the Wayne County Board of
Supervisors in the boardroom at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro,
Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 12,2023, for the
construction of an INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING "B" to be
located on the Courthouse Square in the City of Waynesboro also known as
Engineer's Project No. WCBS-103-23. Bids will be opened in public and
read aloud.
The Plan drawings, Specifications, and Contract documents are on file
and can be viewed and obtained online via the website of the Engineer of
Record, Lawrence R. Clark, P.E. at www.clarkengineersprojects.com. By
use of the website the plan holders shall be able to view and obtain
hard copies of the Plans and Specifications and/or shall also have the

All hard copy proposals shall be directed to the attention of The Wayne

instructed in the contract documents.
Basis of Award: The award, if made, will be to the lowest and best
qualified bidder. The Board intends to accept the lowest and best bid
and reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
Total Contract Time as Advertised: 120 Calendar Days
Bidders are hereby notified that a Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on
the project site at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will
affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered pursuant to this
advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not
be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national
origin in consideration for an award.
Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable
to Wayne County must accompany each proposal.
Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letter
qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is
