You are summoned to appear before the Chancery Court of Wayne County, Mississippi, at the Wayne County Courthouse, Waynesboro, Mississippi, on the 10th day of January, 2022, at 1:15 p.m., to show cause why the First Annual and Final Accounting of George Roscoe, Jr., Executor of the Estate of Leon Roscoe, should not be ratified, approved, and confirmed, and why the probate of Last Will and Testament of Leon Roscoe, deceased, should not be confirmed. The other defendant other than you is Shy'erviyunna Moore.

In case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered granting the Petitioner the relief sought in aforementioned Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
